We are convinced that you will not be disappointed with any of our furniture. However, in the extremely unlikely event that any goods have been supplied in a damaged or faulty condition we are pleased to be able to offer a full refund or replacement for items returned within fourteen days of receipt.
Buyer is responsible for safe return of goods. However we can arrange return of items on your behalf at a direct cost of £40 per item.
Please contact us to discuss any returns which will be confirmed by e-mail. If you can provide a photograph of any damage, this would be ideal. The delivery cost will only be refunded where goods have been supplied in a damaged or faulty condition.
If goods are made to order to your specification and measurements we will not offer either an exchange or refund unless it is established that there is a manufacturing fault or goods are not fit for the purpose.
